Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Puzzle Rivals, a game made by Ivan Sesum ("we", "us"). By playing, you agree to them. They're short — please read them.
1. The game
Puzzle Rivals is a free competitive multiplayer puzzle game. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play it. We may update, change, or discontinue features (or the game) at any time.
2. Fair play
The game is built on trust between players. You agree not to:
- cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, or tamper with game traffic or scoring;
- choose a display name that is offensive, or that impersonates another person, a brand, or the game's staff;
- abuse, harass, or defraud other players (including referral fraud).
Match results are computed on our servers, and we may reset names, remove scores, withhold rewards, or restrict accounts that break these rules. If another player's name is offensive, report it via the in-app feedback form or email.
3. Virtual items
Coins, cosmetics, trophies and similar in-game items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be adjusted for balance or abuse. They are a licence, not property.
4. Your account
Accounts are created anonymously and may optionally be linked to an email address. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time — see Delete Account.
5. No warranty
The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise uninterrupted or error-free service — though we genuinely try.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the game. As the game is free, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us: zero.
7. Privacy
How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Nothing in them limits mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
9. Changes
If these terms change materially, we'll update this page and its effective date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
